• your User Content is not misleading, defamatory, infringing, or unlawful

• usernames or handles
• published articles and posts
• public links and media
• machine-readable outputs
• structured metadata used for indexing and discovery

You are responsible for understanding what content is public before publishing it.

7. Platform Rights

The Services, including our platform design, branding, functionality, software, workflows, and original site content, are owned by or licensed to Soulwell Publishing Group and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
